Local cycling club Frodsham Wheelers will ride 220 miles across North Wales in 1 day on Saturday 25th June 2016 in support of local charity Frodsham Rainbow Club!

The D2D is Frodsham Wheelers biggest annual event and this year they have decided to support Frodsham Rainbow Club.  They will depart Frodsham at 3.30am on Saturday morning and are expected to return at 10pm that same evening. They will ride continuously for 220 miles in a little over 12 hours with breaks for food and water added on.

The D2D ( dawn til dusk ) will take the riders over the Runcorn bridge to Liverpool, through the Birkenhead Tunnel and down the Wirral peninsula. They will then head out through Deeside and up in to the mountains of North Wales which is where the real pain begins. They will climb over 15,000 feet overall and burn thousands of calories, all in a days cycling for charity.
