This Christmas, Frodsham Town Council is again offering gift vouchers to its older residents, and invites all local businesses to accept the vouchers.
The Council encourages local shops and businesses to support the scheme by accepting the vouchers in exchange for goods and services. Participating businesses will be asked to display publicity material from October.
In recognition of the needs of small businesses, this year the Council will accept claims for interim payments at the end of December and the end of January, as well as a final payment at the end of February.
Clubs and societies active in the town may also apply to accept the vouchers, giving residents a choice of spending the vouchers on a Christmas treat in Frodsham shops or supporting a local good cause. Some organisations may choose to use the money raised to put on events for our older residents.
All businesses, clubs and societies wishing to participate in 2017 must complete an application form available from the Town Council Office in Castle Park House and on the Council’s website at frodsham.gov.uk.
The closing date for businesses, clubs and societies to apply is 13 October 2017.
