Frodsham Community Centre is seeking a self-motivated and pro-active individual to join the existing team of staff and volunteers.
Duties of the caretaker role include assisting users and visitors to the centre, responding to public enquiries, cash receipts, the preparation and setting up of rooms, health and safety checks, cleaning, security, and general maintenance of the building and grounds.

Also important is the ability to work without close supervision, a good understanding of health and safety regulations, the ability to undertake simple maintenance and repairs, and the physical ability to move and layout quantities of furniture, in and between rooms.
