The Town Council has a vacancy for the position of Council Manager (Clerk).

The Town Council has a vacancy for the position of Council Manager (Clerk). This is a full time post (37 hours) to be worked flexibly to take account of the needs of the Council.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage a small team, support and develop the Council’s work programme (including an open burial ground), contribute to inward investment and be the Officer Responsible for a Council budget in the region of £370k.
It is desirable that the successful candidate will hold the CiLCA qualification (or be working towards it) and have some local government experience. Training will be given to the successful candidate.
Starting salary is in the region of LC3 SCP 39-42 (£35,229 – £38,052) depending on experience.
