Kings Coronation Street Parties
(Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council intends to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on following roads Borough Wide to enable the Kings Coronation Street Parties events to be carried out by organiser.
The Order will come into force as detailed below.

The following lengths of road will be closed on Sunday 7th May from 10:00 till 23:59
Boughton Hall Drive (From a point 25m east of Hunts Close in a clockwise direction to Manor Drive)
Hamilton Street Chester
The following lengths of road will be closed on Sunday 7th May from 12:00 till 23:00
Hamilton Street (From Charles Street to a point 75m north of Charles Street)
Kilmorey Park Chester
The following lengths of road will be closed on Monday 8th May from 13:30 till 21:00
Kilmorey Park (From Woodlands Drive to a point 100m northeast of Woodlands Drive)
The Nook Newton Chester
The following lengths of road will be closed on Saturday 6th May from 13:00 till 23:00
The Nook (From Park Walk to a point 40m northeast of Park Walk)

The following lengths of road will be closed on Sunday 7th May from 11:00 till 16:00
Daleside (From a point 25m east of Dale Drive (No22) to a point 120m east of Dale Drive (No 5)

The following lengths of road will be closed on Sunday 7th May from 12:00 till 13:45
Well Street (From Well Meadow to Springfield Road)
Springfield Road (From Well Street to Old Hall Street)
B5395 Old Hall Street (From Springfield Road to High Street)
B5395 High Street (From Old Hall Road to a point 30m north of B5069 Chester Road)
B5069 Church Street (From High Street to Church Walk)

The following lengths of road will be closed on Sunday 7th May from 11:00 till 20:00

The following lengths of road will be closed on Sunday 7th May from 13:00 till 22:00
Flag Lane North (From a point 110m north of A41 Moston Road to Oldfield Drive)

Mostyn Square Parkgate
The following lengths of road will be closed on Saturday 6th May from 11:00 till 23:00
School Lane (From B5135 The Parade to Brookland Road)
Coastguard Lane (From Brookland Road to B5135 The Parade)
Northwich and Winsford
Rosewood Avenue Frodsham
The following lengths of road will be closed on Sunday 7th May from 08:00 till 23:59
Rosewood Avenue (From Fairways to full length)
Townfield Lane Frodsham
The following lengths of road will be closed on Sunday 7th May from 11:00 till 15:00
Townfield Lane (Fairways to a point 65m south west of Fairways (No50)
High Street Tarporley
The following lengths of road will be closed on Sunday 7th May from 12:00 till 17:00
High Street (From Henry Street to Park Road)
Pedestrian access to premises situated on or adjacent to the roads will be maintained at all times.
Nothing in the Order shall prevent driving upon the said lengths of road of any vehicle which is being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes.
