Duke of Westminster Memorial Service Posted on 30th November 2016 by Editorial Team On Monday the Mayor attended the memorial service for the late 6th Duke of Westminster at Chester Cathedral – a service attended by many of the Royal Family. The Mayor had met the Duke several time in connection with working with the Homeless.
