Frodsham Gift Voucher Scheme Rules
- FTC’s responsibility is to issue the voucher only. It is a matter for the local businesses, groups and societies whether they will accept them.
- FTC aims to issue vouchers to residents by the end of November 2024. All vouchers expire on 31 January 2025 whether or not they have been presented.
- The vouchers cannot be exchanged for money by any applicant.
- All groups and societies must present the vouchers to FTC for payment by 28 February 2025. Payments by FTC will be made to those with valid claims on or before 31 March 2025. To reduce administrative work, groups are asked to present all their vouchers in a single claim.
- Payments will be made by BACS and not by cheque.
- Any vouchers returned directly to Frodsham Town Council by residents to be donated for the benefit of a participating good cause will be added to that organisation’s claim and paid at the same time as vouchers returned by the organisation itself.
- FTC will use the information supplied solely for efficiently managing the gift voucher scheme. Information will be stored in accordance with FTC’s General Privacy Notice (available at www.frodsham.gov.uk or from the FTC Office) and not passed to any other organisation or individual, except to publicise the businesses where vouchers can be redeemed.
- Good causes participating in the scheme are required to hold a stock of resident application forms and publicise the scheme to their supporters.
