Notice is hereby given that
THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING
will be held on
Wednesday 19th May 2021 at 6.30pm at
Frodsham Community Centre, Fluin Lane, Frodsham, WA6 7PQ

Town Meeting Commences at 6.30pm

The statutory Annual Town meeting is not a meeting of the Town Council but is called by the Council.  It gives electors (from Frodsham) the opportunity to raise issues with the Town Council and other organisations in the town.

This can be done in 2 ways:

  1. By submitting a resolution to be discussed at the Town Meeting

Written notice of the resolution must be submitted to the Clerk prior to the meeting.  If the resolution is passed, the Town Council is obliged to consider the matter at a subsequent meeting.

  2. To note the minutes of the Annual Town Meeting held on 25th March 2019

  3. Public speaking time
  4. To consider resolutions of which written notice has been given
  5. Reports from other organisations
  6. Issues from members of the public to consider
  7. Any other business
