5. Frodsham Artisan Market

To receive a report from the meeting with Lisa Cowley of Independent Street, held on Monday 5^th February 2024.

To discuss any outstanding jobs and agree who will action them.

7. Events Committee Finance Report

To note the Finance Report and amount budgeted for upcoming events.

8. D-Day 80^th Anniversary Celebrations

To discuss any outstanding jobs and agree who will action them.

9. Proposal from Frodsham Bee Friends to provide a D-Day Activity

To consider a proposal from Frodsham Bee Friends for the sum of £1,490 to provide a  D-Day Afternoon Tea for 80 residents on Thursday 6^th June

10. Orchard Blossom Day

To note an email and information from The Orchard Network Team in relation to events that can be organized for Orchard Blossom Day in April or early May.

11. Frodsham Festival

To note the Frodsham Festival working group meeting discussion around a possible   combined event with Frodsham & Helsby Rotary Club.

Start to complete a template for forthcoming and future events.
