  1. Minutes from the meeting held on 12th March 2025

To approve and sign the minutes as a true and accurate record.

  1. Easter Trail at the Artisan Market on Saturday 26th April

  • To approve the letters to be used for the Easter Trail.
  • To confirm which shops will be taking part in the Easter Trail.
  1. Easter Trail Maps printing

To approve the quote from Hawk Printers for design of the Easter Trail Maps and quantity required.

  1. Easter Eggs

To approve expenses claim from Cllr Hayes for 300 Easter Eggs.

  1. Transportation of the FTC Gazebo and Easter Eggs to the Artisan Market

To note that a member of the public has kindly offered to transport the FTC Gazebo and Easter Eggs to the Artisan Market on 26th April, and to assist with setting the gazebo up and dismantling it at the end of the day.

  1. Changing Area for Characters

To confirm where the Artists can change in and out of their costumes.

  1. Advertising of the Easter Egg Trail

To approve the process for advertising the Easter Egg Trail

  1. Volunteers

To note that Cllrs; B Wade, H Hayes, P Lowrie, R Lofts and A Holman have offered to volunteer

on the FTC stall at the following times:

H Hayes & ? : 10 – 12pm

B Wade & ?  : 12 – 2pm

R Lofts & ?   :    2 – 4pm

  1. Frodsham Fire Station Open Day

To decide whether FTC wish to have a stall at Frodsham Fire Station Open Day on Sunday 1st June.

  1. Food and Drinks Festival

  • To note that Lisa Cowley from Independent Street has provided the Risk Assessment, layout and Public Liability Insurance.
  • To note that the Town Clerk will make the application to CW&C for the use of Castle Park, which Councillor Mike Garvey has already provisionally booked.
  • To approve a date for the Working Group to meet to finalise a date for the Food and Drinks Festival.
  • To finalise arrangements for attendance at the festival.
