11. Approval of minutes
To approve the minutes from the meeting held on 27th January 2025.
12. Finance

(c) To note that the sum of all bank accounts as at 28th February 2025 was £309,104.
(d) To nominate a councillor to check and sign the bank reconciliation reports for month ending 31stJanuary 2025 and month ending 28th February 2025.
13. Budget review

(b) To agree a recommended budget of £2,000 for Frodsham Neighbourhood Plan ongoing review to be carried out by members of the Frodsham Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group.

15. Frodsham Charities
(a) To resolve that Frodsham Town Council has fulfilled its obligations as Trustee of Hob Hey Wood Charity (registered charity no. 1099786) and that the Annual Return to March 2024 has been filed with the Charity Commission.
(b) To resolve that Frodsham Town Council has fulfilled its obligations as Trustee of Overton Hill Memorial Field Charity (registered charity no. 1079745) and that the Annual Return to March 2024 has been filed with the Charity Commission.
(c) To resolve that Frodsham Town Council has fulfilled its obligations as Trustee of Recreation Grounds Charity (registered charity no. 504519) and that Annual Return to March 2024 has been filed with the Charity Commission.

17. Exclusion of Press and Public (if required)
To consider that, in accordance with Section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, and as extended by Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, the public, including the press, be excluded from the meeting due to the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
18. Freedom of Frodsham
To consider awarding Freedom of the Town to a local resident in recognition of services to the community of Frodsham.
19. Manley Road Copse – Fencing
To receive a report from the Town Clerk and agree action to be taken.
