6.       Application 24/02301/LDC, 125 Main Street, Frodsham, WA6 7AF

To note that the application for proposed change of use from bank premises (E) to fitness studio/gym use (E) works to include ‘like for like’ was for a lawful development certificate and therefore FTC were not consulted on the application.  Cheshire West Councillors objected on the basis that there is no car park however this is incorrect and there is parking at the rear.

7.       Frodsham Neighbourhood Plan

To note that NP Regulations state that this approval should be made within 5 weeks following the date the Examiner’s report was received however due to CWAC committee cycle deadlines, it is likely that the Member decision will not be made within the 5 weeks.  It has, therefore, been agreed to extend the period within which the approval will be made. It is likely that this will be achievable by the end of September. CWAC will provide an exact decision date once the report has been submitted to the Cabinet Member and the decision and call-in dates have been established.
