Cheshire West and Chester Council has confirmed that on the 10th September, Cllr Christine Warner recommended approval for the Frodsham Neighbourhood Plan to proceed to referendum. The call-in period has also closed and no call-ins were made. The Decision Notice can be viewed via the link below for your information:
