Frodsham Civic Pride Volunteers did a couple of hours tidy up at the Memorial field on Wednesday 11th March

There was a select few who turned up on Wednesday 11th March (our first midweek event) for edging the Memorial Path, however we did quite a bit with the removal of weeds from a section of the footpath, as you can see from the photographs we took.

There were lots of positive comments by walkers / passers-by as we were working which was great!

Even Frodsham Civic Pride’s four legged Foreman thought we did a good job!

We were very happy with what we achieved in a small space of time. We think it will take quite a few more sessions to clear it all the way up, but we think it looks so much better already.

Hopefully, the results will inspire others to help with this important work to keep the pathway accessible for all.
