This move marks an exciting new chapter for Frodsham, creating a welcoming and visible focal point for residents while strengthening the connection between the Council and the town. By establishing a permanent presence on Main Street, the Council is embracing its role as an accessible, engaged, and forward-thinking partner in the town’s continued success and wellbeing, supporting the spirit of Fabulous Frodsham and all that makes the town unique.

The Town Council office is supported by a committed and experienced team of three part-time officers:

  • Liz Kenny, Cemetery Clerk

Officers are available by phone and email Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Friday from 9:30am to 3:30pm and are dedicated to providing a responsive service. We aim to reply to all enquiries on the same or the next working day.

An answerphone service operates at all times, with messages linking directly to officer email accounts. If a call cannot be answered immediately, residents are encouraged to leave a brief message and contact number. This service is also available outside office hours, ensuring that all enquiries are acknowledged and responded to within 2 working days.

Reflecting the wide-ranging and community-focused nature of its work, the Council offers flexible ways to connect. Due to the nature of the role, including ad hoc meetings, site visits, training commitments, and council meetings, officers may not always be available in person during office hours.
