Allotments - Frodsham Town Council

Frodsham Town Council provides 27 allotment plots on three sites in the town for growing fruit and vegetables:

Ashton Drive – 7 plots
Kingsway – 10 plots
London Road – 10 plots

The annual rent of a plot is £45, of which £5 goes to the Frodsham Town Allotment Association. Allotment holders at Ashton Drive pay an additional amount (currently £18.92) in water charges. The other two sites have no mains water supply.

The Town Council maintains a waiting list for allotments. In order to qualify to apply for an allotment the applicant must reside within the Town of Frodsham at the time of application and during the continuance of any tenancy that is subsequently granted.

Application forms can be downloaded from Frodsham Town Council’s website. Completed forms should be returned to the Council office.

You will be offered the first allotment that comes available which might not be you’re preferred. If you decline the offer you will stay at the top of the waiting list and the second person will be offered the plot. * There is an extra charge for water.
