The completion of the work by United Utilities on the area around Church Street, Kydds Wint and Alvanley Terrace, which was postponed in November due to the Christmas Festival and festive shopping trade, will now be carried out in January 2016.
Work will start on Monday 11th January and will take approximately two weeks to complete. There will be no temporary traffic lights on Church Street during this work.
During the work there will be a short period of time where some residents’ water supply will need to be switched off, but United Utilities will notify residents when it will be closer the time.
Access to properties around the working area will be maintained as much as possible and pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
If possible United Utilities has asked for any vehicles to be moved from Kydds Wint before 8am during week days to allow work to commence.
