The Mayor and founder of Big Bees Breakfast Club today presented the club’s “Of the Year” awards, accompanied by his consort Mrs Marjorie Rigby.
The award winners were:

- Young person: Nathan Astel’Morgan
- Unsung Hero: Mr Andy Worrall
- Best Window Displays: Dandelion
- Best Take Away: 4 Seasons
- Best free publication: Frodsham Life
- Best Independent Business: Paws and Claws
- Young Entrepreneur of The Year: Matthew Darlington KDE
- Pub Music Venue of The Year: KASH22
- Community Award for outstanding service to Frodsham and charity: Cllr Judith Critchley, Chair of Frodsham Town Council
Big Bees Breakfast Club was the brainchild of Cllr Mallie Poulton when he was first elected to the Council, and it has grown considerably since.
A great morning was had and £100 was raised to send a special gift to a young man from Manor House School who’s in Alder Hay Hospital and will be there over Christmas.
The Mayor wishes all compliments of the season and a very busy 2017.
