Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Essar Four Villages Half Marathon (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2016
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council intends to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on following roads in the Helsby Ward to enable the Essar Four Villages Half Marathon event to be carried out by organiser.
The Order will come into force from 10:15 15th January 2017 and will continue in force for a maximum duration as detailed below.
