Councillor Alan Oulton became Frodsham’s latest Mayor at the Annual Meeting of Frodsham Town Council last month. Alan’s wife Lorraine will be the Mayoress.
Veteran councillor and Freeman of Frodsham Frank Pennington was installed as Deputy Mayor – 24 years after he became Frodsham’s first-ever Mayor.
Councillor Judith Critchley was re-elected Chair of the Council, with Cllr Oulton selected as her deputy.
