Eyeball ebay or galloping gumtree ? The Silent Auction at Frodsham Community Centre on Tuesday 7th November might be called either of those!
A bit like online auction sites the ‘bidding’ is written down against each item/lot you may be interested in but at the Silent Auction you can actually see who is bidding against you. When they place a bid, you can follow them on and place your bid. With 80 Lots there will be lots to race round!!
With bidding only lasting approximately one hour the Silent Auction may come to a galloping close as everyone wants to get their bid in last and win the lot. But if you are interested in two or three things, and they are not together at the table, it might be a close run thing!
So if you fancy a bit of on-line action off-line, with a chance to meet people, have a drink and have some fun then do come along to the Silent Auction at Frodsham Community Centre on Tuesday 7th November at 7.30pm Tickets/Entrance is £6.00 to include your first drink.
Doors Open at 7pm, viewing until 8.00pm and the gavel falls at 9pm
