Don’t forget this year’s Annual Town Meeting will be held on Monday 26 March 2018 at Castle Park House starting at 6.30pm.
If you would like to meet with other residents and councillors before the meeting, tea and coffee will be available from 6pm.
All residents of Frodsham are encouraged to attend and take part in the Town Meeting. This is not a council meeting but gives residents the opportunity to raise issues with the Town Council and other organisations in the parish.
This can be done in 2 ways:
- By submitting a resolution to be discussed at the Town Meeting
Written notice of the resolution must be submitted to the Clerk prior to the meeting. If the resolution is passed, the Town Council is obliged to consider the matter at a subsequent meeting. - By participating in the Open forum and speaking to the Town Meeting
The Town meeting is not a meeting of the Town Council but is convened and chaired by FTC’s Chair.
The Town Council encourages local groups and organisations to present a report on their activities at this meeting. Please let the Clerk know if you plan to make a report on behalf of your group.
