The Mayor, Cllr Lord Frank Pennington and Junior Mayors Emily and Bailey had a hard job judging all of the entries in this year’s Christmas Shop Window competition.
After careful study, Emily and Bailey picked out Devonshire Bakery and Crowther Cake Studio as the winner with their wonderful multi-tiered cake representing Frodsham’s distinctive buildings, just pipping Flowers by Jennny Penny, with The Craftbox a close third.
