On Sunday 1 September Councillors Judith Critchley and Mallie Poulton were asked to judge at the Pooch Festival, a charity fun dog show held at Early Paws, Sutton Fields, to raise funds for Erin Hounds Sighthound Rescue.
Lots of dogs and owners braved the weather and £2,000 was raised.
The Best in Show winner was a rescue hound, and the runner up was a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
