Vehicular access to Castle Park from Chester Road (A56) will be closed on Thursday 7 May for maintenance work on the gates. This work was originally scheduled for 30 April.
The Park will remain open for daily exercise and all pedestrian routes into the Park will be available. Limited parking is available in the car park normally reserved for Castle Park Arts Centre, accessed from Fountains Lane.
No gatherings of more than two people are allowed (except if they are from the same household). Wash your hands when you get home.
