Make a Change on 6 May – Become a Councillor

On 6 May 2021 Frodsham electors will have the chance to vote for a Councillor to represent them on Cheshire West & Chester Council and, in some wards, on Frodsham Town Council.

Voters in two of our four wards (Lakes and Waterside) will have the chance to vote for new Town Councillors to fill existing vacancies on Frodsham Town Council.

Cheshire West & Chester is our unitary council responsible for education, social services, highways, refuse collection, planning and many other important local services. The person elected will represent Frodsham along with sitting Councillor Lynne Reilly.

Those elected will serve until May 2023 when all unitary and Town Council seats will be up for election.

There will also be an election for the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire.

6 May 2021 is the first legal date elections have been allowed since Coronavirus legislation came into force in April 2020.
