Frodsham Festival of Walks 2022 … It’s on its way … We’re almost ready !

The long awaited Frodsham Festival of Walks 2022 is finally back again this year and is running from Friday 29 April to Sunday 8 May.
We have some new and exciting walks to bring to you this year including; A Family Forest School and Woodland Walk Activity, Foraging in Hob Hey Wood and A Picture-Trail Around Former Frodsham Schools, to name just a few.
We also have the old favourites back again this year like; the Dog Walks and Buggy Push, and for those early morning risers we have the Early Birds Walk. Don’t worry though if you are not a morning person but still enjoy the sounds of a sweet bird chorus, there is still the Morning Marshes Bird Walk which starts a little later, so you’ll have time for breakfast and a nice cuppa before you go.
As always, there is no need to book for most of the walks, just turn up on the day and time of your chosen walk. There are a few walks though which do require booking, and places are limited, so be quick if you would like to go on one of these walks.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, it has taken us a little longer this year to get our walks brochures ready and circulated to the usual places such as Libraries and retail outlets who are kind enough to make space to display them for us.
But don’t worry they are on their way and will be here very soon. So keep checking back on Frodsham Town Council and Frodsham Festival of Walks websites for more news and updates.
