Saturday March 30th sees the very first Artisan Market come to Frodsham town centre!
Independent Street is delighted to have teamed up with Frodsham Town Council to bring you a new spectacular family day out, packed full of entertainment, live music, artisan market shopping and plenty of things to keep the whole family entertained. The artisan market will be in town on the last Saturday of every month from 10am till 4pm.
Independent Street, who champion local independent businesses, will be bringing specially selected artisan market stalls to Main Street together with plenty of family fun for everyone. There will be live music by talented northern singer songwriter Chris Tavener plus an Easter Bunny trail for our little market goers.
You can expect the very best of local food, drink, arts and craft. There will be many award-winning producers of unique goods set to inspire. Pop along and join us, it is a superb opportunity to find out the origins of your food, meet our makers and bakers, feast your eyes upon some goodies and fill those shopping bags whilst indulging in some good conversations with our team and stall holders.
From award winning pies to epic cakes, artisan candles and handmade jewellery, to hand baked treats for dogs, beautiful handmade textiles, wooden crafts, tasty cheeses, local gin distilleries to artisan soaps and handmade bath creams..
There will also be a street food area with food influences from around the globe. There will be something for everything and best of all…. it’s all FREE!!

It is a great opportunity for us to showcase all that Frodsham has to offer and will attract a diverse group of shoppers, including both locals and tourists.
The Artisan Market will be a great way to boost tourism in Frodsham as it will promote the unique culture and creativity of the town. It will provide an opportunity for people to purchase authentic and locally-made products which is a great way to support local businesses and promote economic development in the town. Additionally, meeting people from the community can improve mental health as it fosters a sense of connection and belonging.”
