Christmas Festival 2023
- To note the event will take place on the last Saturday in November 2023.
- To receive a report from Cllr Lofts following Christmas Festival Meetings
- To note that the risk assessment for the event needs to be sent to FTC as soon as it is available for insurance purposes.
- To note that the costs for the road closure need to be sent to FTC as soon as the quote is available and that FTC has already agreed to meet this additional cost

To note the date and proposed budget of £3,000.

Events Committee budget 2024-25
- To note that the projected total budget to 31st March 2024 is £7,507 against the budget of £11,292.
- To note the budget report provided by the Town Clerk.
- To consider and approve the proposed budget for 2024-25 of £9,600 to include £3,000 for D-Day celebrations.
