7. Halloween Event

1. To note that the Halloween event will take place on Saturday 26^th October 2024.
2. To note the following actions taken.

• • The Community Centre is booked.
  • The Disco and Entertainment is booked and confirmed and deposit paid.
  • The Facepainters are booked and confirmed.
  • To agree any further actions to be taken.

8. Christmas Festival 2024

To note that the event will take place on the last Saturday of November 2024.

9. VE Day 80^th Anniversary

To note the date of VE Day 80th Anniversary.
