- Apologies for absence
To receive apologies and reasons for absence from members.
- Declarations of interest
To receive declarations of interest from members of the committee on items on the agenda.
- Public participation
Members of the public are invited to address the meeting on agenda items in accordance with FTC policy on public speaking at meetings: https://frodsham.gov.uk/policies-procedures
- Minutes from the meeting held on 3rd November 2025
To approve and sign the minutes as a true and accurate record.
- Frodsham Christmas Festival
(a) To receive verbal feedback from the Christmas Festival held on Saturday 29th November.
(b) To note that a formal report will be requested from the Christmas Committee at a later date.
- Expenses
To receive receipts and approve expenses.
- Halloween Event for 2026
To note that FTC have made a request to book Frodsham Community Centre for the Halloween event on Saturday 31st October 2026, however this date is unavailable so an alternative date has been booked instead for Saturday 24th October 2026. The Community Centre has also penciled FTC in for Saturday 30th October 2027.
- Calendar of Events for 2026/27
To set a date for a working group to discuss the Calendar of Events for 2026/27.
- Portable Speaker and Microphone
(a) To receive quotes for a portable speaker and microphone to utilise at future events.
(b) To approve the quotes.
- Committee Clerk’s report
To receive any additional report from the Committee Clerk.
