AGENDA
1. Apologies and reasons for absence
To receive apologies and approve reasons for absence from members.
2. Declarations of interest
To note any declarations of interest on items which are on the agenda.
3. Public participation
Members of the public are invited to speak on items which are on the agenda in accordance with FTC policy on public speaking at meetings.
4. Business survey
(a) To approve the business survey designed to assess the impact of the monthly Artisan Market, held on the last Saturday of each month, on existing businesses in Frodsham.
(b) To approve the dates of the survey.
5. Crowmere Lake
(a) To note the report provided by the Town Clerk.
(b) To agree action to be taken.
6. Planning
(a) To consider a response to the following planning application:
| 25/02109/FUL | Land At Grid Ref 351231 377364 Dig Lane, Frodsham | Residential development for 91 dwellings including access from A56 Chester Road, public open space, landscaping, sustainable urban drainage, car and cycle parking and associated works |
(b) To note that Frodsham Town Council will convene a public meeting in early 2026, bringing together neighbouring local councils, Cheshire West and Chester Councillors, and Cheshire West and Chester Council Planning Officers, to discuss the next stage of the Local Plan.
7. Office move
(a) To note the recommendation of the Finance & General Purposes Committee Meeting held on 18th August 2025 to consider the report on a proposed office move to Unit 2 Station Approach, Frodsham (reference 18/08/2025/8).
(b) To note the summary lease report.
(c) To agree actions to be taken.
8. Exclusion of press and public
(a) To consider that, in accordance with section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, and as extended by Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, the public, including the press, be excluded from the meeting because of the confidential nature of the following business to be transacted [i].

(c) To agree action to be taken.
(d) To note the confidential report reference WM/11/08/2025.
