8.       Frodsham Neighbourhood Plan

To note that the Examiner has produced his report on the Neighbourhood Plan and commended the team for their presentation of the Plan.  Subject to consideration of the comments and suggested changes being accepted by both CWAC and the Steering Group, the Plan will move to Cabinet Member approval to take the modified Plan to referendum. The Cabinet Member decision should be made within 5 weeks of receipt of the Examiner’s final report.
