134 Planning Appeal – Land Off Top Road APP/A0665/W/19/3224797 18/04815/FUL

To note that an appeal has been made to the Secretary of State against the decision of Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council to refuse to grant planning permission for the construction of two dwellings (Use Class C3) on land to the west of the Travellers Rest Public House, together with associated car parking, landscaping and other ancillary work. The appeal will be determined on the basis of written representations.

To decide whether to make further comments or modify/withdraw the previous comments made by this Committee.

135 Premises Licensing Consultations

Cheshire West & Chester Council publishes weekly lists of premises licence applications under public consultation. Individuals and organisations, including town and parish councils, may make a representation (an objection to it) to CWAC within the 28-day consultation period, displayed on the notice.

To agree to recommend to Council that the Terms and Conditions of Planning Committee be amended to include responding to Licensing Act consultations.
