The Mayor, Cllr Mallie Poulton would like to thank everyone who helped, took part, sponsored or just came and supported the St George’s weekend Festival of Youth and Community and apologise to those inconvenienced.
Cllr Poulton said “The weekend turned out to be the success with the minimum disruption, that we had worked for, but on the question of disruption, I would like to apologise to all who were affected and inconvenienced.”
“This will be last major event of my term of office.
“Thanks again from the Mayor, Cllr Mallie Poulton; the Mayor’s Consort for the weekend, CWAC Cllr Lynn Riley; and the Junior Mayors.”
