Frodsham Mayor Councillor Alan Oulton and Junior Mayors Katy and Michael laid poppy wreaths at the weekend’s two Remembrance Day ceremonies.
A short service followed by a wreath-laying ceremony was held on Saturday, Remembrance Day itself, at the Monument on the Hill. On Sunday 12 November a service was held at St Laurence Church at 10am, followed by wreath laying at the Cenotaph outside the church.
Both services, which were organised by the Frodsham branch of the Royal British Legion and Father Michael Mills, were well attended.
