Condolences on the passing of Community Speed Watch Co-ordinator for Frodsham, John Lloyd

It is with great sadness that Frodsham Town Council report the passing of the Community Speed Watch Co-ordinator for Frodsham, John Lloyd who passed away suddenly on 23^rd December.
