Incredibly, through digging deep in difficult times, Hob Hey Wood Friends Group supporters have helped to reach an initial crowdfunding target of £28,864 to renovate the pathways in Hob Hey Wood.
New pathways will keep this ancient woodland accessible for safe walks and access to wildlife and plants for both locals and visitors to this beautiful place.
Their work is only just starting and with support from Frodsham Town Council they will now be seeking support from specialised contractors to help to complete the works required. Additional funding will be sought so that the project can be completed this year.
