(Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 (1) (b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council intends to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on following roads in Frodsham to enable Castle Park Live to be carried out by organiser.
The following lengths of road will be temporary One-Way from 06:00 on Saturday 26th July until 06:00 on Sunday 27th July 2025.
• Park Lane (Northbound) – From Princeway to Fountain Lane.
• Fountain Lane (Northbound) – From Park Lane to Main Street.
No Waiting, No Loading/Unloading, No Blue Badge Parking will be in place on the following lengths of road from 06:00 on the 26th July until 06:00 on the 27th July 2025.
A56 Chester Road, Howey Lane, Pinmill Brow, Fountain Lane and Princeway.
Nothing in the Notice shall prevent driving upon the said lengths of road of any vehicle which is being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
Pedestrian access to premises situated on or adjacent to the roads will be maintained at all times.
The promoter of the event is Castle Park Live.
