To approve a virement from budget item 4760 (Play area additional works) to 4999 (Ship Street play area) of £2,876 to cover additional works carried out.

8.            Grant from Mersey Forest

a) To note that that Northwich Town Council can supply 175 trees (at cost) and equipment as specified in the grant (£1,370) and will provide the planting labour at no cost.
