7. Appeal against Refusal of Planning Permission
To consider whether to make further written representations to the Planning Inspector determining the following appeal against refusal of planning permission by Cheshire West and Chester Council in respect of the following application.
The original application was considered by FTC Planning Committee in May 2024 and the Committee had no objections.

8. Radio Base Station Installation (pre application notice)
(a) To note the proposed upgrade to existing radio base station installation off Hatley Lane, Frodsham, WA6 6UT.

9. Town Clock
(a) To note that Cumbria Clocks attended on 30/01/2025 and confirmed that a small amount of rust is showing through. It was agree that, once the weather improves, Cumbria Clocks will attend site and take the surface back to base, prime and repaint.

10. Frodsham Solar
(a) To note the report from the recent meetings.

11. Tree Survey
To note that the Clerk is in the process of obtaining quotes for a tree survey of all land under the control of Frodsham Town Council.
12. Christmas Lights Working Group (Cllrs D Critchley, J Critchley, Lowrie and Sumner led by Cllr Nield)

13. Hob Hey Wood
To receive a report from Cllr H Hayes following discussions with the Public Rights of Way Officer.
14. Exclusion of Press and Public (if required)
To consider that, in accordance with Section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, and as extended by Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, the public, including the press, be excluded from the meeting due to the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

PART B
15. Townfield Lane Play Area
(a) To note that the play area is owned by Feeofees Endowed School and leased to Frodsham Town Council for an annual fee of £1,100. Any changes to the play area will need to be approved by Feeofees Endowed School. The next RoSPA inspection, scheduled for April 2025, will be carried out by PlaySafety Ltd. A contingency reserve fund of £20,000 has been earmarked for repairs and refurbishment across all FTC play areas during the 2025-2026 financial year. In accordance with FTC Finance Regulations, three quotations will be required for any play area works exceeding £5,000.
(b) To note that a quotation has been received for development of the play area and has been provided, in confidence, to councillors.
(c) To agree any further action to be taken.
16. Frodsham Caves
(a) To receive a report from Cllr Moorcroft regarding the sale of 7.4 acres of grazing land, incorporating Frodsham caves.
