Cheshire West and Chester Council proposes to introduce a four hour parking restriction at the Princeway Car Park to help prevent long stay commuter use and ensure the car park is available for users of the leisure centre, library and health centre.

(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES, PRINCEWAY CAR PARK AND PRINCEWAY CAR PARK EXTENSION, FRODSHAM) ORDER 2019
NOTICE is hereby given that Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council proposes to make the above-named Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 32, 33 and 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will to introduce a four hour maximum stay at the Princeway and Princeway Car Park Extension, Frodsham.
The draft Order and the Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Frodsham Library, Princeway, Frodsham, WA6 6RX between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 1.00pm Saturday.
Any objections to the draft Order should be sent in writing, stating the grounds of the objection, to the undersigned to arrive no later than Friday 12 July 2019. Any representations received may become available for public inspection.
