104.1  To receive a report from Cllr J Critchley.

104.2  To consider a suggestion from a resident that households in Frodsham should be invited to decorate a window of their house with Christmas lights or a Christmas scene and switch on the lights for the first time at a prearranged date and time, possibly at 6pm on Sunday 1 December.

104.2  To agree action to be taken.

105.     Festival of Walks Working Group

105.1  To note that the Working Group has started to plan the 2021 Festival of Walks. Initial plans are for a series of self-guided local walks to be launched during the Festival period (Saturday 24 April –Monday 3 May.) with further tentative plans being prepared for a modest programme of led walks, should the public health situation permit. The theme of the Festival will be “Rediscover where you live”.
