4. Minutes of the meeting held on 30th June 2025
To accept and sign the minutes as a true and accurate record of the meeting.
5. Frodsham Town Council accounts
(a) To note that the sum of all accounts as at 31st July 2025 was £507,574.
(b) To approve the monthly Finance Report.
(c) To note that the bank reconciliation checks as at 31st July 2025 will be reconciled to bank statements and cashbook by Cllr Wood.
(d) To appoint a councillor to carry out the bank reconciliation checks as at 31st August 2025.
6. Annual Governance and Accountability Return
To note that the external auditor (PKF Littlejohn) has completed the report and certificate, and no matters arose from the review. The Town Clerk/RFO published these documents immediately upon receipt on 12 August 2025, in accordance with regulations, and no further action is required. This information will also be noted at the next full council meeting in accordance with audit regulations.
7. Christmas Voucher Scheme
(a) To note the report provided relating to the 2024 Christmas Voucher Scheme.
(b) To note and approve the 2025 Christmas Voucher Scheme.
(c) To approve the dates as follows:

8. Frodsham Town Council office
(a) To note the report provided by the Town Clerk.
(b) To consider whether to recommend proceeding to an Extraordinary Meeting of the Full Town Council for decision on relocation.
9. Staffing
To note that the Local Government Services Pay Agreement 2025 has been approved by the National Joint Council for Local Government Services, providing a 3.20% pay increase backdated to 1 April 2025. This adjustment has been applied and paid to all eligible employees in accordance with the terms of their employment contracts.
10.Action log
To note the action log provided by the Town Clerk and confirm or update the status of outstanding actions.
